Since 1881 the Aschbacher family from Mühlwald has specialised in wood working. The historic photo from 1912 shows three generations together – the little boy in the photo, Anton Aschbacher, is the father of today’s senior director, Albert. His son Georg is now the fifth generation to be synonymous with sustainable, modern doors and the connection with South Tyrol as a region. Small business cycles and lots of added value are at the heart of everything we do.

A true source of happiness. At Selva, not only is the wood we process one of the most versatile raw materials there are, but it also has a constant presence. From the production building, one’s gaze wanders into the open air then roams over the forest and up into the mountains. This is where our roots are.
